If your company has an office on Golf Course Road, or your client does, you already know the problem. Hotels near the Horizon Center and DLF towers are either five-star properties priced for a CEO’s expense account, or guest houses you would not want to put a senior colleague in. Most business travellers need something in between: a clean, quiet room, Wi-Fi that works, a proper breakfast and a short walk to the meeting.

Walk to the office instead of sitting in traffic
We are at 629–630, Sector 43, about a two-minute walk from One Horizon Center and Two Horizon Center, close to American Express and the DLF Golf Course. The Sector 42–43 Rapid Metro station is nearby, and IGI Airport is roughly 18 km away.
On Golf Course Road, that matters more than any amenity list. A hotel “15 minutes away” on the map can easily turn into 45 minutes at 9 am. If your visitor can walk to a 9:30 meeting, they arrive calm and on time, and you don’t pay for a cab twice a day.
Rooms built for working, not just sleeping
We have 62 rooms and suites. Our Super Deluxe rooms are around 280 sq ft, and the suites are around 340 sq ft with a kitchenette, which helps a lot if someone is here for a few weeks. Every room has:
- A king-size bed with a 12-inch orthopaedic mattress, because a bad night’s sleep ruins the next day’s presentation
- A study table, free high-speed Wi-Fi and a 40-inch LED TV with world channels, including Japanese channels
- A tea and coffee maker, a minibar and a rain shower
Long stays, project teams and day-use rooms
A lot of our corporate guests are not here for one night. They’re consultants on a three-month engagement, engineers setting up a new office, or trainees on a two-week programme. For them we offer long-stay discounts, which currently range from 15% to 40% depending on the number of nights. There is an extra discount if you book at least 14 days ahead. We also have day-use rooms, available between 8 am and 4 pm in 4, 8 or 12-hour blocks. They’re handy for a visitor who lands in the morning, has meetings all day and flies out the same night, and just needs somewhere to shower and prepare.
Food that works for different teams
Our kitchen serves North and South Indian, Continental, American and Japanese food, including bento boxes and thalis, in the restaurant or in your room. That sounds like a long list, but there is a reason for it: we host many Japanese guests, and teams from different offices rarely want the same thing for lunch.
Meetings under the same roof
If your team needs a room for a training session, interviews or a small conference, our hall seats about 120 people in a classroom layout or 100 in clusters. It comes with a projector, screen, wireless microphones and a sound system. Your people can stay upstairs, eat downstairs and never need a car for the whole visit.
Five questions to ask any hotel before a corporate booking
- How long does it really take to walk or drive to our office at 9 am?
- Is the Wi-Fi fast enough for video calls from the room?
- Will you give a GST invoice in the company’s name?
- What is the rate for 15 or 30 nights, not just one?
- Can late check-outs and early check-ins be arranged for flights?
